Who uses it?
Broadcast stations (the AM band and shortwave), aircraft talking to controllers, and some hams.
Where and when can I hear it?
The AM broadcast band (530-1700 kHz), shortwave broadcasters between about 3 and 26 MHz, and aircraft voice on 118-137 MHz.
